I play bottom lane alot, and this is a nightmare. Dragon control pre level 4 or 6 is such a pain

Both WW and Panth can solo dragon pre-six. You basically need to ward dragon from level one if you want to prevent it from happening (and hope neither mid nor bot lane gets killed).

with 24% AS from runes, and 5% AS from masteries, you can get drake at lvl 1 with Pantheon using only 2 HP pots.

If however, you go Gromp Blue Wolves, you can back to get the ranger's upgrade, and level 3 drake while only taking 1 HP pot of damage.

And it only took him 45 seconds. if you let a level 2 panth take dragon solo your doing something wrong. im looking at you botlane and jungler
