Riot Practice Modes

There have been many post around the web about Riot and how they need to change the game to fit the needs of the community. Many suggest a sand box mode that allows players to practice certain mechanics until they are comfortable with whatever it is they are practicing. Like most sports there is a practice for teams or individual players, and I think Riot needs to start recognizing League of Legends as the growing sport it is. If there is a sport you don't expect great teams or athletes to rise up without practice, you cant give them scrimmages only to prepare them for a real game. Several Riot employees (although contradicted by other Rioters) have mentioned the problems that could come up with this specific game mode, sand box mode. They stated that it would promote toxicity in game and would encourage players to rely on the game mode as a means to get better at the game. Well this certainly doesn't make sense, I could see a few kids in the very smallest minority (10-14 year olds) making some rude comments like "go to sand box mode noob!" but, this alone shouldn't be a reason to deny the rest of the community on what it wants.

Rioters have also brought up their neutrality between their hard core fan base and their casual fan base. Like I said there is nothing to be worried about when it comes to producing a practice or sand box mode, toxicity isn't a problem and it isn't what you would be protecting the casual players from. So I hope that you sincerely understand that there is no reason to no make a practice mode, so I can now tell you guys what you should make. I am suggesting not just a sandbox mode, but a type of game mode known as 'practice', It would include a sandbox mode, and a queue for people that will set up their selected game mode, but the twist on their selected game mode would be a constant gold and xp gain that can't be modified by kills, towers, or how long your champion being near minions that have died. This would make teams completely even, and allow a players mechanics and decision making to decide the outcome of the game.
