Players should be able to Honor after the stats screen even

I've seen this brought up plenty of times and I agree with it each time, you should have the ability to honor players even after the stats screen. Plenty of times I want to honor someone but I just hit Play Again or Home out of habit and then instantly go, "Crap! I wanted to honor that person!"

With how little honorable players there is in League, not to mention how little players honor one another in general, it's really nice receiving one from time to time and so it sucks whenever I miss the chance to honor someone. Just my last game of Defs not Dom, I had a raging, feeding Cait and more often then not most my team wasn't in the right place getting objectives, but this Irelia was running top with me the whole game and doing exactly what is needed in Dom and so I wanted to honor her for such. If on the off chance they see this post, this one goes out to you Irelia who knows how to win Dom.
