There is a nice post you should be reading before you talk about random ass champions needing balanced.
Most of these people are posting from bronze and are mad because they do not get free wins against people who commit to learning high skilled champions.
Yes some stuff is broken right now, looking at you 
But you reposting the same stuff over and over doesnt matter.
