Summoner Spells Timer

Hey,

I just had a thought one day after they added the timers of summoner spells of your team. It's simple, and possibly might make the game "Too easy" in some eyes. I think it would be really cool and helpful if players could click on enemy summoner spells on the scoreboard to put them on "Cooldown". Obviously, the cooldown wouldn't be 100% accurate unless you have legendary reflexes. I feel like its akin to typing "[champ] f" in chat to get the timestamp, and really not that big of a change.
