It's an AOE spell, what part of "AOE spell" sounds like on-hit to you? or an auto attack? She can also clear wards and other similar objects with this thing, like GP Barrels.
This makes literally 0 sense
This spell is the only spell I know of that procs on-hits, spell-procs, is counted as an auto attack AND is AOE. Like what?
She has low Attack Speed. I'm guessing designers made her Q proc everything, in order to help her with that.
I think it's fine. Basically what GreenKnight said. For a champion that has an auto even slower than Jhin (who even with ballet moves is faster than Senna) it would be reasonable to allow her to Q everything including turrets. At least in the early game she doesn't heal much or damage much and it's not really difficult to dodge her Q due to how telegraphed it is.
I play that champ, she's no easy picnic. If you don't scale well, you're as useless as a minion. She's not ideal as an adc though. I can tell you that for sure.
To compensate her slow attack speed.
Everyone will come up with reasons like "CuS lOw AtTaCk SpEeD" when the true reason is Riot has to release an overpowered champion for it to sell. Specially because she is part of a skin line on top of being a new champion.
Her passive is what is meant to make up for low attack speed.
I play Senna as adc, and I love this spell. Honestly, she have enought weakness and counter, so it's not a big deal. If you want to shit on Senna, pick an engage support and mobile ADC, like Lucian and you are good to go. She doesn't deserve any nerf, hell her passive crit damage debuff should be toned down to 25% so you have to buy IE to do 200% crit damage while other do 225%. She is far from OP.
Its a giant auto attack.
