The Lethality in runes is too high

With all Lethality Reds, I can get 14.4 Lethality. This means that I can get almost as much Lethality from just runes (and this number will be increased if you used Lethality Quints as well as the Precision mastery in the cunning tree) as any of the Lethality Items.
