Why the hell am i playing with and against lvl 1-29 players or unexperienced players ?

I mean i have more 5000 games playing since season 2 and Plat/gold elo...

Someone can tell me why do this happen ? i would prefer to play with and against my current elo players to improve myself.

I fell bad for those players because many times they get destroyed and disgusted of the game..

Getting players with less than 200 games doesn't seem right...
