Zilean Rework Concept
as I see him is a utility and control oriented mage support who I think deserves a little modernizing. In my rework I sought to preserve the aspects that make Zilean who he is by maintaining his ability to double cast abilities and effectively revive people, but adding some unique tools to allow his team to punish enemies and his allies to avoid the hassle of combat.
Passive: Spare Time While Spare Time is off cooldown, Zilean is able to cast one of his basic abilities for free, even if it's on cooldown. This will put Spare Time on that ability's cooldown.
Q: Rewind Fire a chronal distortion that deals magic damage to the first enemy struck, after 2 seconds, they're teleported back to where they were when the distortion hit them and stunned for 1.5 seconds.
W: Time Zone Create an area that slows enemies within it, increasing over time. Enemies still in the area 2 seconds later are deals magic damage.
E: Time Out Target allied champion is removed from space and time for 1.75 seconds. While Timed Out they are untargetable and gain bonus movement speed and are healed when Time Out expires.
R: Continuum Root yourself and channel for a few seconds, preserving the moment around you in space time. Allied champions in the area take reduced damage based on their missing health. Upon completing the channel, or reactivating Continuum, allied champions are healed for a percentage of the damage they took while in Continuum.
