an Idea: I had about the eventual mordekaiser rework

hello everyone so after reading a couple of posts about a possible rework of Mordekaiser it got me thinking of an idea that i've always had when playing mordekaiser.

Q: Mace of spades New mechanic Mordekaiser can move without interuption during the three swings 2 things that always bugged me about the new mordekaiser was that due to your lowest of the base movement speed (issue number 1) hitting three Q's on the same target like lets say is nearly impossible unless you take stormraider surge.

imo what the rework of mordekaiser did wrong is that to a degree you cannot build on your strenghth's alone and simply "work" with your weaknesses like many other champions.
