Building tanky should mean less damage, and likewise

The way that I've always personally felt this game should be balanced is that More Tankiness = Less damage, and More Damage = Less Tankiness. Adhering to this means that you won't get ridiculus champions that are able to build one damage item (or none at all) and go full tank afterward and STILL be able to out damage champions who have to build 100% damage to be viable, whilst also being basically invulnerable. Especially when AD champions have more options to build like this whilst AP champions are in the dust and have to build high dimage to be successful at all.

I'm perfectly fine with Bruisers existing, but they should be balanced in such a way that building a mix of damage and tanky items doesn't make them invulnerable and able to 1v5 with two items. Hence why I REALLY dislike item 3053 item 3156 item 3742 item 3930 because they allow champs to combine the best of both worlds and benefit from being super tanky and very strong.

It honestly depends on the champion, for example Olaf has his E and does tons of damage naturally. This makes building damage unnecessary. Some lifesteal maybe, but mostly tank. Kinda like Garen. Rito wouldn't just Nerf 20(ish) champions just for naturally doing damage. I can see where you are coming from, but it is already mostly balanced. Every champ has a counter, you just have to know how to work around it.

Yeah I totally agree. I just got out of a game where a Shyvanna just carried their team. They were dishing out so much damage and could take so much in return. It really just doesn't seem fair.

Honestly for fighters and juggernauts, it gets confusing. But if assassins start building tanky and still kill carries with ease, then something is problem and I don't think it's the items.
