Practice Mode During Wait Time

Riot should add an option to play in the newly created practice mode during wait time. That would keep people near the game while waiting to get into a game. Especially if they have a ban. 10 or 20 minutes of practice time would benefit the players in many ways. People wouldn't leave their computer during the wait time and miss a game if they were playing in practice mode. Their skill would also increase and the practice mode would act as a warm up round.
