For once I wanted to make a low efford comment for everyone who doesn't like reading.

#Nami does not need any buffs.

Her last buff was already questionable to me and I hope that IF Riot thinks about nerfing her the next time Nami falls victim to boards circlejerk, they just revert the Q CD buff instead of changing anything else. Nami was perfectly fine before her buff - she was balanced and always viable without being anywhere near top tier. If Riot touches anything that was no the previous buff, the risk is pretty high that she ends up being much more imbalanced than before that. Stop asking. Nami is fine and before she is in need of ANY buff she is rather in need of a buff revert. Sincerly - a Nami fanboy.
