So how long until you learn how to fix skill shot hitboxes?

I am so fucking sick and tired of avoiding a hook, or a leona e, only to have it fucking magnetize onto me because your hit boxes are so shit. These hit boxes have been this way for fucking years and you've still never done anything about them. If you're going to let broken as fuck champions like leona and thresh run around than give their skill shots an actual fucking hit box.
