@Meddler I have a question about heimerdinger changes on pbe

Do his turrets not charge his beam attack with every auto anymore? Cause it seems like it takes forever for the beam to charge even when he maxes q to level 5, which should be charging it by 5% per attack. Please tell me if it has been removed, and why. I can't find it anywhere if it has been removed or not.
