Look I'm not saying it's OP, but it's incredibly non interactive and frustrating. Proxy Singed.

In the previous season you guys made changes to fix that playstyle and with all the singed buffs this season it's back and it's just as obnoxious as ever.

Please force him back into the laning phase proper, where he has to interact with his opponent and make meaningful decisions to win lane and scale into the game, rather than just sitting behind your own towers and executing himself when you go to get him.
