Summoner Spells Game Start

Would it be possible to add a feature to change summoner spells at the start of a match before you leave the shop? I've seen it enough, a JG forgets Smite. Someone else forgets TP or Ignite.. etc.

what's to stop people from forgetting a second time?

it seems like a change that wouldn't really do anything, personally i liked dawngate's system where you got to choose your spells as you leveled up, but that's completely different from how league's summoner spell system works, so it's probably fine as it is
