fix lux's ult

either make the damaging lazer beam the same size as the red warning beam. or make the red warning beam the size of the damaging lazer beam. i will keep repeating this until something is done about this. you're out of the warning shot, thinking thank god I dodged it, then lux nopes you with the damaging lazer that is almost twice the size.
