Critcal Strike cannot go on the way it is anymore
I'm pretty much sure i'm not the only one posting about that, I'm a main ADC, only Gold 2, which is not much but still i can't stop to think that Critical Strike is right now something that is "toxic" but necessary, It seems that an ADC not building a crit combo ( at least
and else
) doesn't deal enough damage, even if there are exceptions everyone ends up with his descent amount of critical strike.
A problem with it is that it is pretty impossible to predict when a crit will occur, because of RNG, and you can end up even let's say we're in a normal game and there is an absolute mirror match up on the bottom lane, both do the same farm, score, gold, and they both build their
and then on the next fight, even if one engages the fight on the best way ever, the other ADC can win the fight anyway, just because he was lucky, which is toxic, it's like if you were playing chess and add the rule "When you the queen kills a unit, roll a dice if the resulst is more than 3, the queen can make another move", all the strategies would be messed up just because of this, of course crit doesn't have a that big effect on League of Legend but you get the idea.
Why can't we have something like a Pseudo RNG ? Imagine you have 50% Critical chance, so 1/2 chances, if the first AA is not a crit, then direclty the next one has 100% chance crit, and then it becomes normal again, and if the first AA is a crit then the other one cannot be a crit i don't know if it's understandable the way I explain it...
First with this Crit would be easier to handle by both Your and the opponent team, Second it would need to be stacked to become efficient, which would make it more something that only an ADC would build Third, crit would be less present in early laning, which is directly where it can turn a lane down only with luck and change the whole course of the game.
Or you could remove it and replace by something else ( Which i have no idea about but i've seen some propostions that looked funny ) Because I also find that the WHOLE adc build is almost paralyzed :
Your build is always ( even if there are few exceptions as always ) made this way : Boots ( Almost always
) Crit combo which takes two items including
+ another small choice here (
) then you ALWAYS need ( no exceptions at all )
then a Lifesteal item, here another small choice (
, won't really count
as a true option ) and maybe finally another item only if you can afford not to have a defensiv one (
) here there is kind of a choice
But that means that if you don't have any OP synergy with any alternativ item your build is Boring, and most of the time unsituational because ADC builds almost never adapts to the opponent to counterplay them..
