OPEN THE GATES!

I'm looking to play a champion that can "open the gates". The two I'm considering are Mr. Bear Slaps and that guy whose right arm is stronger than his left arm. So from an otp's perspective what are the playstyles of these champs, and what should I know before playing them? Do you have any junglers that you think are a better choice? I appreciate any feedback!
