Can there be a red post where people can post and debate theory-crafted rune pages?

I'm personally really hyped for the new system, and it's obviously going to bring about a lot of confusion. So, in order to create an environment in which we can help one another (especially newer players) in this time of need, I was hoping we could see an official forum where we can discuss this. I'm sure there are probably threads on sites such as Reddit or this purpose, but I was wondering if we could see it on the boards and perhaps have it pinned to the top for visibility.
