I KEEP LOSING IP

Last week I posted saying I lost 1000ip someone did a refresh I didnte get it back so I said its okay and that I would just earn it back. NOW IM MISSING 2000ip how I'm I suppose to buy anything when I keep losing it.

some might say maybe you bought something no I have not got anything I went into urf with 6423 came our with 4420
