Can't win solo queue

I can't win a solo queue game it just feels impossible when I'm getting feeders every round. And you can't even say " you're just bad cause you can't carry them" and no that's not the case you can't carry feeders it's impossible. Like who would win in a fight 3 fed champs vs 1. Yes the 3 would win. So maybe riot you should change your match making because I'm a good silver player and I'm basically getting queue'd up with boosted silver players who paid to get boosted.
