Heh, the exact reason I never moved my main account from NA despite the 250 ping. Depends on the time though, OCE doesn't have that many crazy peeps like myself playing at 4 am in the morning, based on my experience with it. Then after a huge queue, you get hit with a stupidly imbalanced game where there's a Vayne who's good enough to be Gosu's smurf, a couple of pre-30's and yourself. Best to play during normal Australian hours.
NA on the other hand, will have people in queue around the clock which means I can play in the middle of the day, at 3 in the morning or 8 at night and still get a 30 second queue.
