ermm help

using riots new stats feature i compared my stats to an average challenegr player ... i beat teh average of challanger player in terms of combat score... do note that i am currently silver 4 however i have peaked at plat 4 .... now my question is where am i going wrong ... why am i dropping so hard rather than climbing if im beating the stats or an average challanger player .... Looking at the income and map control section though it says the average challanger gets more CS per minute than me as well as privind more vision ... but these 2 reasons alone cant be the reason im stuck in silver 4? Can they?....
