Champion Selection: SR Positioning

Everyone who plays in normal blind has run into some people who instantly lock in their champion without picking a lane. Also there are some people who claim to have picked a lane when in reality they haven't. Then you get on the rift and dealing with getting tilted with your entire team and feeding the enemy team.

Here is what I propose

Instead of calling the position you want on the rift on chat, before you can pick which champion that you want, you have to go through a phase where there are 5 buttons on which lane you want to go on. If a person has not yet pressed the button for the position you want, then its yours as soon as you click it, and others can't claim that position. That way there isnt any confusion on what position is needed and will possibly cause less confusion.

Now some of you are already saying that some people will leave as soon as their position is taken. Well that is also another phase that can make characters get a bit more flexible on which position they take. This will cause them to either adapt to the position they are left with, or risk a leave ban that will lead them to get banned from league entirely if they exit the champ select as soon as their position was taken too many times.

Next thing your thinking is that positions are called and your in the deciding factor of what champion to pick or how to use the champ on the rift for the position. That's where communication comes in. In order to help out, the teammates can offer advice due to them maybe playing the champion before in a certain scenario. I can already see people saying that if they can't play, then quit the game. Well let me tell you this my friend, I'm guessing your the type of person who thinks that they can carry their team if they follow your rules.

Well take that idea and stuff it in the trash because you just forgot the purpose of league. It's supposed to be game where you help your team. The key word is team. So just remember that when you go into the rift.

What do you guys think about this idea as an outline?
