what i never liked when ppl blame a champion for being imbalanced

for example on aatrox spotlight ,they shjow aatrox overhealing on wukong who is in Cyclone ,this champ so op ,so overbearing etc ,but they show you aatrrox having 2 levels ahead and who knows what items

same for recent rengar update ,rengar has 2 levels and aims for xerath with his R ,killing him ,again 2 lvls ( more dmg ,health ,items) ,but what if xerath is 2 levels above rengar and EWQ him ? you tell me .

dont like blame when a champ is op ,when it shows 2-4 lvls above. instead atleast equal lvl
