About Victorious Graves..

Why is the 3v3 skin so detailed compared to the rest? Why does it feel like 3v3 is the "Good" skin? More appealing color (royal blue), more detail on the gold metal, more detail overall. Did you guys plan to do just that and then go "wait, no, chromas first!" and then arbitrarily lock the initial skin behind the least popular mode?
