My biggest concern with the current patch

First let me say I haven't played on it just. I've only read patch notes and about the new stuff. Even before reading forum QQ it sounded a little absurd. But it is what it is.

What my concern is, is Riots ability to balance everything out in time. History has not left me very confident in Riots ability to handle such a large balancing load in a timely manner.

Sure some of the glaring issues will likely get fixed, but they seem to leave little things for ages if ever, and even after initial round of tweaks I fear there will be many things that will take all year to get brought in line, hopefully.
