Need Help getting beter

I want to drasticly improve my gameplay. I spend a lot of my time studying up on the game. I want some help with identifying my problem and correcting them, map awareness, etc. I want to get out of "elo hell" and at least get to gold

I usually play support. I try not to rage but when you have a team of trolls and feeders in a ranked game its kinda hard.
