Phreak's Evaluation of Warlords

I remember seeing Phreak review Warlords (link 26:44, he does talk slow though https://www.reddit.com/r/summonerschool/comments/3rce5k/phreaks_analysis_of_the_new_season_6_masteries/ ) and saying "if you have 1.5 attack speed, and crit on demand, you proc this once every 4 seconds. So one out of 6 of your autos gets the Lifesteal, 15%/6=2.5%, which isn't much life steal at all. The real power is the 20% Attack speed."

I agree that 20% AS is really good, but I can suddenly see how things wind up balanced so wrong if this is the kind of feedback they're getting on 'balanced'. First, it procs once every 2 seconds, not once every 4, so his math would wind up with 5% for 2 procs in 4 seconds.

Second, crits are not 'average' damage. If you have ~50% crit (IE+Runnans or PD), you'll crit 3 times and normal hit 3 times. The crits are 750%, the normals are 300%. 2 of those 3 Crits has the 15% Lifesteal, which is 500%/1050%, which is basically 7.35% ish.

Efficiency gets that lower, but your AS goes down without steroids, such as healing off of waves. Not lower than 6% I'd say. The Attack Speed is definitely still the bigger portion of the power, but I feel like we're really undercutting the sustain Warlords gives.
