Confirmation to Ban a Champ Someone on Your Team Selected

Please Riot, please implement a double check confirmation to ban a champ if it's one someone on your team declared in step one before bans begin. So many people don't look at their team selection and just ban, and then say sorry when it was your champ. This is an easy fix guys, please guys/gals at Riot!
