what extent of trash talking is ok at what point is it past a little fun rivalry i want opinions

i think its fine to trash talk the enemy that does not mean be toxic its little things to make it more fun its a video game but i dont think its ever ok to trash talk teammates they are your squad you cant be trash talking someone who tryin to win but dats me
