Hecarim and Azir´s ult
This may be a dumb question but I need to know, Is Hecarims ult suppose to go over azirs wall? or not?

Haven't you seen Braveheart?
Hecarim's ultimate is considered unstoppable. So yes, similar to how Malphite can ult right through it.
CC'ing hecarim won't stop his ultimate.
