See how that sounds stupid and asinine? Everyone should have to cite their sources, and so long as everyone does that, everyone's opinion should be considered equally. To put it in an alternative context, it's like saying "<x minority> doesn't know what they're talking about, their opinions are bunk"
your post indicates that you have no understanding of game balance and design in general. Ranking is not a good indication of game understanding.
For example, a silver player that doesn't play much ranked but has done multiple theory tests for builds and has read and watched videos (along with theorizing on their effectiveness) on matchups would know more about what to build and how to play certain matchups than a gold player that mindlessly plays the game but has good mechanics.
Ranking is a factor of 3 major things
Lower rank people typically lack #1 and #3, however they don't necessarily lack #2. A player can have not played league a single time and in theory understand the game better than a long time player. Another factor i didn't mention was home much time they have to actually play the game but that relates to #1.
tldr; rank is not an indicator of someones understanding of the game, and should be ignored, so as not to let good posts and information be ignored.

To be fair if you claim to have good game knowledge yet you're stuck in bronze/silver then you don't have good gameknowledge.
Just game knowledge alone can help you climb pretty high evidence being 10/0 laners who still lose the game because they have no idea what they're doing and they're probably irelia/riven mains
