possible zilean change

Zilean as a champion is redundant at the moment as a support. As a Support main from season 1 who has played everything support and tried to work, I feel like his W is an outdated spell. Ever since his W was nerfed to not affect his ulti CD the spell itself is kind of wasted when RIOT could take several approaches to fix his kit and give him utility on his W ability.

The only thing that needs to be done is this: Q can store up to 3 bombs, but starts off at 2 stored until it is rank 5, which is when the third bomb is unlocked. E can stack up to 2 times, which reminds as the flat 2. Ulti remains as is.

This opens up a whole new ability in the W slot which can give the champion direcion as to which lane he is played. An interesting support idea that has to do with time could be something like reverting damage on a target for the last 1 second. (obviously not the whole 100% until maybe rank 5), or something more traditional like a shield or heal.

For an offensive mid lane option maybe some kind of damaging ability that interacts with the bombs somehow or some kind of blink ability for double bomb outplay (since a blink is effectively time travel).

These are just suggestions, however i feel that almost any ability, even a passive ability would be better on zilean with the stacking/storage changes, because at least then at level 1 he has bomb threat.
