How to rank up?

So this is my first season playing ranked in LoL, I was admittedly bad at the beginning but have gotten better. I was placed into Bronze, ranked up to Silver relatively easily and have kicked all the way up to the top of Silver before sliding back to the bottom.

But enough background, my actual question is how do you possibly rank up without abusing the dynamic queue system? I consistently, roughly 4/5 games, put up the best stat line on my team but I can't seem to translate that into wins. I will regularly have 10+ kills, 5< deaths, and 5+ assists, but it doesn't seem to correlate to wins and losses at all because one or more of my teammates will have a (significantly) negative KDR. Is the answer just carry harder? Because it really doesn't feel like I can do it alone most games, as the enemy team starts to key on my once they figure out I'm the only strong one on my team.

Any advice would be helpful. If you choose to check my stats, please ignore normals as I only play those to learn/practice new champs, and my role choices are ADC > Top > Mid.

Stop focusing so much on kills and KDR, the most important thing is learning how and when to get objectives because that wins the game. You can have 75 kills and no deaths but it doesn't matter if you have 1 tower by 40 minutes while the enemy team is getting inhibs. Take control of the team, take towers, push lanes, create pressure or capitalize on your team pressuring somewhere else. I'm definitely not an expert on this stuff but it's helped me perform better. At this elo people only care about getting kills like its Call of Duty team deathmatch so take advantage of that and siege their shit while they're across the map trying to get those kills.

Getting through silver is really about learning what to do with what your given. Like if your fed how to snowball that lead. if your behind, how to come back.

Flaherty is right the main thing in is taking objectives. It can be difficult sometimes, but its not as bad as it may seem.

If your playing adc learning positioning in late game team fights is really important. There are videos on it so I suggest looking those up as I can't describe it and still working on it myself. But what is easy to control is objectives.

You probably have a good idea what to do in lane but what do you do after lane is over? That's what you need to work on.

For me its trying to win lane. If I win lane, great grab turret and head mid. If lose lane, try and passively farm and wait for some ganks or to catch enemy out. Maybe help stop the enemy pushing mid, but usually just always looking for a lane that is pushed that I can push out and safely farm. Really just learning to rotate and clear some safe waves of creeps will help you win a lot of games in silver. Lots of people lose what to do after lane phase and just start sitting mid.

If you constantly rotating to top and bot to make sure those lanes are pushed, the enemy will have those lanes pressuring them instead of being able to use them to pressure your team. When the enemy is pushing a lane learn to sit back and safely clear waves so they can't push without tanking the turret. Once became more cautious of rotating I was able to start more consistently holding a cs lead over my opponent. Also, I make it hard for the enemy team to take objectives if they all group mid since my team is defending that lane and the other 2 lanes are pushing towards their base.

I notice a lot of silver players get in the habit of always going to their starting lane. Like the mid laner will head back mid no matter what instead of farming and pushing out bot lane if their adc is already covering mid. So just be aware of where your team is, where you think the enemy is and always try and cover lanes. It releives pressure on your team, puts some on the enemy, and increases your cs count = more gold and experience.

This is one place to start.

Your stats aren't bad but they're not as good as you make them out to be. The only champ where your average KDA is higher than 3 is Jhin. KDA certainly isn't everything and having a high KDA doesn't necessarily mean you will win but when I see ADCs who have a KDA less than 3 it usually means they are mispositioning and dying too much in the mid/late game team fights. ADC can be an extremely unforgiving role. You can play the landing phase great but if you die even a single time in the late game it can throw the game for your team.

Just going off your stats I'd focus on staying alive no matter what the cost in the mid/late game. It's hard to say exactly what you are doing wrong though without watching a replay. If you want me to watch you play sometime hit me up. You can also find free coaching on lol-coaching.com.

Also, always prioritize objectives over kills and never die for an objective.
