Level 30 smurfs in games with BRAND NEW players ?

Pretty annoying. Im not new to league but this is a new account. Im only level 18 and dont even have tier 3 runes yet. I actually still do ok.. but new players just get rekt and learn nothing. Like im 2/0/1 as panth mid have already ulted bot. I got good cs and trying to help my team. But i notice this mundo was very good with just by his habbits and sure enough bot and top got destroyed. Looked his account up after he was level 30 and in plat 5. Everyone else on my team was level 15.... and most are brand new to the game. I understand you cant stop people from being good and making new accounts, but already being level 30 and playing against people 15 levels below? Tell me how this is a good experiance for new players? ff 20
