Have been keeping my eyes open in recent PBE updates and haven't seen Syndra's passive buffs. I'm curious if it is possible to tell what changes would/could she have. Have you come up with a new Maxed Q/W buff? Or is that why her buffs aren't up in PBE yet?
Syndra and Veigar (and possibly Sona fingers crossed) will mostly likely have changes tomorrow.

if they buff syndra please let it be anything but true damage. the amount of true damage in this game is becoming cancerous. fiora is more frustrating than before because of the amount of true damage in her kit, garen when you are the villain is a nightmare. (but at least his is less frustrating because you ARE his passive). There are other ways of buffing her imo rather than just giving her more damage. damage has honestly never been syndra's issues. she can one shot you no problem still. the problem is she isnt good at dealing sustained damage which is pretty meta right now. maybe some slightly shorter cooldowns or maybe some damage over time or something? i honestly have no idea because her kit is so volatile with a point and click nuke that does insane damage already.
My understanding is that they've already decided on buffs to her Q and E passive and they want to figure out buffs for her W and R passive too and then just ship them all out at once.
Maybe. Why? Because I don't want my girl to be perma pick-or-ban then nerfed into a state worse than before the buff.
I think make it to where if she hits an enemey with a sphere it lowers the cd of q by 1 second.
I also liked the q and e buffs they mentioned. Maybe each level of her ult adds another sphere for her base ult?
