@Riot Repertoir- Can we talk about Valor?

I was stoked when I heard Quinn and Valor was going to be looked at in the preseason marksman update. My favorite marks(wo)man, and one of my favorite champs that's been riddled with bugs was going to get updated. Then I see the notes and realize you just axed Valor. The original TAGTEAM duo champ is basically Quinn with glorified ferry service. To anyone that referred to them as Quinn and Valor might as well refer to Swain as Swain and Beatrice. Because that's what Valor is now. No long half of the champion. Now just a bird that drops by to carry my ass across the map.

Now don't get me wrong, I like most of the changes and was really hoping her Ult would be like Jayce, Nidalee, etc in terms of no cooldown. But this is just.... Idk. Scrap Valor and give Quinn wings like Kayle at this point.

Had you changed her Ult to no cooldown like you did but allowed Valor to fight it could have created some amazing off build options like bruiser/tank Valor and relied on Valors attack speed for combat.

Anyways, overall thanks for giving my favorite champs some much needed attention. I hope you're listening to everyone's opinions and concerns.
