Overall i think
is in a good spot, despite him having the lowest ban rate of ANY champ in the game, he pretty much has a flat 50% win rate across EVERY elo.. which honestly is saying something
the change to turret first blood is pretty much a strict buff to give him a little extra gold.
and i think his kit is very good.
the high prevalence of CDR items makes it so even his skill with stupid high cooldowns such as his ulti and his W can we to some degree worked around.
his damage ratios are good and i wouldn't change those.. but there ARE 2 things i would tweak.
first off his ultimate
at max range it takes 3.5 seconds to land.. and at point blank range it takes 2 seconds to land.
frankly i just think this is a LITTLE to much time considering most of the damage is concentrated in the center of the ulti. and with 2 seconds notice almost any champ can straight up walk right out of the ulti without even having any boots.
when we compare this to a very similar ulti such as
, he has a full map cast.. and he does it instantly.
now I'm not asking for something as OP as that. but would like to see the time it take a land after being cast shortened a TAD bit. perhaps by a quarter of a second at minimum range, and a half second at max range
the second thing i would tweak would be his W. i would just make it so if it exploded on an enemy champ it would refund some of its cooldown. like 1/4th or 1/3rd of its cooldown would be refunded. his W is already one of the most unreliable escape in the game and he can almost NEVER use it offensively because of the high cooldown. instead of lowering that cooldown across the board, i think he should get some of it refunded if it hits an enemy champ..
I'm not sure these change are NEEDED anymore after the pretty sizeable buff he got when turret first blood was added.
but i was wondering that other people thought
