Bring Back Item Sets

I understand that some Rioters are so out of touch with their own game, that they didn't even know Item Sets existed - but please don't take away perfectly usable and helpful features that WE were depending on...

Is there any actual reason why you had to ship it NOW with features stripped out, instead of shipping it later? We waited years for some stubborn assholes to admit Replays and Practice mode were important, we could have waited another month or two.
