What Aatrox needs to have to be viable(Riot please reconsider this while reworking him)

A simple shield like one Noc and Sivir have

Since most of the fighters(or should i say most of the champions ) have some cc AND SHIELD combined with tons of dmg its imposible to play with him .

or save yourself (and everyone who wants to play him) of misery and just delete him :P
