Time penalties for getting trolled

So I want to address the issue of time penalties for dodging queue/leaving champ select. While it is a good idea overall too weed out undesirables in the matchmaking process, it also punishes victims too.

For instance, you get into champ select and some asshole on YOUR team (and there's a LOT of them out there) picks/bans your preferred champ, if you leave you get the penalty, and the more often it happens the worse it gets.

I'm taking my fresh 15 minute penalty to post this thread after leaving a Champ select, it's 15 minutes because the servers are rife with assholes today.

So what I want to know is, what does Riot plan to do to counter trollpickers?

Because riot definitely can give everyone the champion they want

Banning someone's hovered champ isn't an offense. There's strategy if that champ is high value and you don't want opponents to get it before you team can pick.

I just got a 30min penalty for dodging 3 ranked games in a row because I had someone pick Yas ADC, Nid supp, and Caitlyn TOP. Can you guys plz fix this stuff? I can hardly get in a good game anymore. It's impossible to even try to climb out of bronze with ppl doing this and then me getting penalized for them when I'm winning my games. I usually end up quitting LOL for a couple months a few times a year cuz it gets so frustrating. I've played the game for a few years and spend money on it...it just gets really annoying with stuff like this. Anyways did't mean to flame at you guys. Thanks for a great game!! Just gets frustrating.
