Attack move click bind mb 1

so for a long time (season 4) i have been using attack move click on my mouse button 1, previously this would allow me to kite and such much easier than the standard a click attack move binding. after the recent patch however i can no longer move freely with left click while attack move clicking. now if i left click my player stands still and aa until i right click somewhere else. is there any way to fix this?
