@Riot Will you be giving a buff to Sivir in the near future?

I can deal with Lucian's earlygame as Sivir but whenever an enemy pulls out like a Caitlynn or a jinx they always seems to be ahead of me, even when I've outfarmed them and gone even in kills in lane yet when I attempt to fight them they outdamage/outsustain me(sure that might be because of my potato level that I have been getting lately but that's beside the point)

Sivir's super short attack range is rivaled only by Lucian for adcs at 500 range which seems odd considering

Sivir has one of the safest earlygames of any adc. Able to poke with W and protect herself from poke with her E. Sivir doesn't do enough damage safely lategame unlike most other adc's not to mention that Sivir has little kill potential earlygame which makes sense because she gives that up in order to have a very safe laning phase.

This shouldn't hurt her mid-lategame as much as it does right now.

It appears that either Sivir needs a buff in her attack range because mana is how she is gated by the looks of it. I'd say raising her attack range to 550 would be appropriate considering how it gives her agency against adc's who outdamage her when in range like Lucian or jinx but it also gives Sivir another way to express skill when fighting against adc's with less range.
