Stop letting level 30s with full rune pages completely destroy a low-level game. Last game the Zed was like 30/1 in 20 minutes. Sure enough, he's level 30 and everyone else is level 15. These games are NOT FUN AT ALL. I want to option to only get matched in games that exclude max level accounts.
