Team pick order, can we get a little more?

Is it possible to get a small update to pick order, in the form of knowing which team will pick first BEFORE bans are put in place? I know it's a small thing but I think it would add a little bit of extra planning. Do i ban champion X because they are a good counter to me and i'm in the 3rd round of picks? or do i leave them open because i'm in the fourth round and chances are high the enemy will have already picked that slot? It also allows for situation where you REALLY want a specific champion but you know that they are hot and if you aren't first pick its too risky to leave them up.
