Placement games more often?

I think a great way to improve general player experience in lol would be to give some games with more impact on mmr like maybe once a month(just for example) for fastening the painful and long ranked grind. It would not be obligated to do 10 games, like, 5 may do the job. Tell me if you people would like it, feel free to suggest an adjustement to my idea.
