Matchmaking adjustment

Well I don't know what the hell this matchmaking adjustment is but I don't like it. I'm a gold level support main and just because I want to try a new support doesn't mean I should get matched with people in bronze. Basically I have to grind 10-15 games with that champ just to get the opportunity to test my proficiency against people of my mmr/elo.

And no, my mmr is not that low, I get about 25 lp per win in ranked.
